Proof of address (e.g., bank statement, utility bill dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership may also be required. wvw108 processes all KYC submissions within 24 hours during business days.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms; (b) enable any two-factor authentication features offered by wvw108; (c) notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
wvw108 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted through verified payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player VIP tier. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet methods. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum limits are set at the account level and communicated within the Player's account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted at the Company's discretion with reasonable notice.
Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet and major bank transfers during business hours. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically process within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside business hours are queued and processed on the following business day. Processing times for other banks and e-wallets may vary between 1–24 hours depending on the provider. The Company does not guarantee specific processing times but endeavours to process all requests as quickly as operationally possible.
wvw108 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers or issuing banks may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to consult their bank or e-wallet provider for applicable fees. The Company is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party financial institutions.
All transactions on the wvw108 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Deposits or withdrawals attempted in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion rates applied by the Player's payment provider.
wvw108 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with international standards. The Company reserves the right to request proof of the origin of funds deposited into any Account. Players agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigation. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by wvw108 are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms of each promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. Bonuses are intended solely for personal recreational use and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned.
Unless otherwise stated in an individual promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. The maximum permissible bet while completing wagering requirements is Rp 50,000 per bet or spin. Bets placed on games with restricted contribution rates (e.g., certain live dealer games contributing at 10%) will count proportionally toward wagering completion. A Player may claim each promotional offer no more than once per household, IP address, device, and registered payment method, unless the promotion explicitly allows multiple claims. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.
All Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to completion within the validity period specified in the promotion will be forfeited automatically. Standard validity periods range from 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
Where a Player's Account holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, the Company may apply a withdrawal sequencing policy. Players should review the specific terms of any active bonus before requesting a withdrawal to understand the effect on their Bonus Funds balance.
All sports bets placed on the wvw108 Platform are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed alongside each market at the time of placement. Key principles include: (a) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed; (b) in the event of a technical error resulting in clearly erroneous odds, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets; (c) mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner; (d) Asian Handicap markets, including the voor bola convention familiar to Indonesian bettors, are settled according to the specific handicap rules published in the sports betting help section.
Live in-play betting is available for selected events. The Company reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, particularly during critical match moments such as penalty kicks, video assistant referee (VAR) reviews, or late-match substitutions. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless the event is subsequently voided.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the system will complete the round based on the Random Number Generator (RNG) outcome already determined server-side. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wvw108 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if wvw108 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, the total aggregate liability of wvw108 to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
The Platform integrates third-party game content, payment processors, and other services. wvw108 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party service. Any dispute with a third-party provider must be resolved directly with that provider.

Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, verified real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable period.
